كيف تستعمل:
خذي بضع قطرات واتركي المصل على الوجه. استخدميه بعد التنظيف وقبل الترطيب. تأكد من امتصاص المصل بالكامل قبل وضع طبقات. أتبعي ذلك باستخدام مرطب أو مصل حمض الهيالورونيك. لاستخدامها في الليل فقط.
ملاحظات الاستخدام:
1. يوصى به لمن تزيد أعمارهم عن 25 عامًا. الريتينول هو مادة نشطة فعالة وبالتالي نوصي بإدخال بشرتك إلى الريتينول تدريجيًا. ابدأ باستخدام هذا المصل مرة واحدة في الأسبوع. بمجرد أن تستقر بشرتك ، قم بزيادة الاستخدام إلى مرتين أسبوعيًا ثم بعد ذلك في ليالي متناوبة. تذكر استخدام عامل حماية من الشمس في اليوم التالي. إذا تعرضت بشرتك لبعض التطهير في البداية ، فلا تقلق فهذه هي فترة "إعادة التجاعيد" حيث تستعد بشرتك للتكيف والتعديل.
2. يميل الريتينول إلى التفاعل مع ضوء الشمس مما يؤدي إلى فقدان فعاليته. ومن ثم تأكد من تخزين زجاجة العنبر في مكان بارد وجاف بعيدا عن الضوء المباشر.

Returns/replacements
Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@glowrefy.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
